Day-of wedding coordination does not exist. Full stop.
It's a myth that someone (certainly not a wedding planner) started and it just kind of...stuck. Day-of coordination is probably what you've been told you need, but think about it...it would be a disaster if we just showed up on the day without any previous guidance around what needs to happen ahead of time to ensure your day runs smoothly. Your expectations would not be met and it would be too late to give you the advice needed. It's not your fault - if you've never planned a wedding before, then you don't know what you don't know - but it would be your headache and frustrated tears on a day that should be enjoyable.
That's why what we offer is so much better than just the day-of coordination.
With our wedding coordinator package, we support you throughout your entire planning process so that you feel confident and empowered in all of the decisions it takes. We share all of the best vendors, to-do lists, templates, budget manager, and planning guidance guides to ensure you can plan your wedding exactly how you want, we are on standby for questions and support, and then about 30 days out we have a big final meeting to finalize all of your details, timeline, and even take over as point of contact for your entire vendor team leaving you to enjoy the last moments before you walk down the aisle!
Before anything else, we have a quick chat to pass the vibe check! We answer all of your questions and hear what you expect most out of a coordinator. This package is usually perfect for my Type-A, list loving, go getters who know what they want - and can do all the before legwork themselves - and just needs a girlie who gets it to pull it all off on the wedding day so they can sit back and simply enjoy being the bride (or groom).
This package includes everything you need, and nothing you don't. We set you up with every template and list you could think of and more. So, Cheers to slamming that baby blue binder shut and say bye to the school of Google. We're like Oprah giving out all of our professional wedding planning tips and tricks!

Absolutely! Even with the day-of coordination package, I’m here to help and chat whenever you need between booking and 6 weeks before your wedding. While my main focus for day-of coordination is making sure everything runs smoothly in the final stretch, I’m always happy to answer questions, offer advice, and assist with any details you need before we get closer to the big day. Partial planning is a collaborative effort together and full planning is complete management and all inclusive services. If you want a completely stress-free experience, full planning might be best. If you’re already into the planning and just need some expert guidance and help with specific parts, partial planning is a great choice!
There really are...so many that we made it our full time job. Deep breathe, we are here for every to-do that needs to get done. We're part task rabbit, part hand holder, and part volunteer for cake testing tie-breaker (but you already know what flavor we'd pick).
